By accessing or using our websites (including ghlcommand.com and elitedcs.com), by requesting a free license key, or by purchasing or using the GHL Command software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our websites, software, or services.
Elite DCS LLC ("Elite DCS," "we," "us") provides GHL Command, a software tool that connects AI assistants (such as Anthropic's Claude) to your GoHighLevel account through GoHighLevel's API so you can read, build, and manage objects in accounts you control (the "Software"), together with this website, documentation, and related services. Elite DCS also provides consulting services and operates related programs and platforms such as Clinic Launch Lab, Practice Naturals, and PN Tracker, which are governed by their own terms where stated.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and services. By using our website, submitting a contact form, or opting in to receive communications from us, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Elite DCS LLC and mobile carriers are not responsible for any delays in the delivery of SMS messages due to network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Elite DCS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to three (3) machines you control, for your own business use, while your subscription or free-tier license is active. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, renew automatically, carry no long-term contract, and may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Any satisfaction guarantee we advertise is limited to its stated conditions and remedy (a refund of the first month) and is your exclusive remedy under that guarantee. You may not resell, sublicense, share license keys, reverse engineer, or use the Software to build a competing product.
The Software is a tool that acts on your instructions inside GoHighLevel accounts that you own or administer. You are solely responsible for everything created, modified, deleted, sent, or deployed through your use of the Software, including without limitation workflows, automations, pipelines, funnels, forms, contacts, messages, campaigns, and any changes made in your clients' accounts. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, auditing, and approving all output and configurations before relying on them or deploying them in any live account, and for the results of failing to do so. You are solely responsible for your own and your clients' compliance with all laws, regulations, and platform policies applicable to your use, including without limitation telemarketing, text-messaging and email laws (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM), carrier and A2P 10DLC registration requirements, privacy and data-protection laws, and GoHighLevel's and Anthropic's terms of service. Elite DCS does not monitor, review, or approve what you build or send, and assumes no responsibility for it.
The Software works with third-party AI models, which can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. All output is provided for your review and is not a substitute for your own judgment. Nothing provided by Elite DCS, the Software, the website, any chat assistant on the website, or our documentation constitutes legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and no statement by any automated assistant creates a warranty, commitment, or contractual obligation on our part.
The Software depends on third-party platforms and services that we do not control, including GoHighLevel (and its API), Anthropic's Claude, and payment processors. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, pricing, and policies, and you are responsible for maintaining your own accounts, API keys, and credentials with them. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, data handling, or changes of any third-party platform, or for any loss resulting from them. The Software runs on your machine using your own API credentials; we do not access, store, or process the contents of your GoHighLevel accounts.
The website, the Software, and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website or the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any output, configuration, or automation produced with the Software will be accurate, complete, compliant, or fit for any particular use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elite DCS LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to the website, the Software, or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for anything you or your users create, send, deploy, or fail to review using the Software, or for claims your clients or message recipients bring against you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Software or these Terms shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Elite DCS for the Software in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or one hundred dollars ($100) if you paid nothing).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elite DCS LLC, its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the website or the Software; (c) anything created, modified, deleted, sent, or deployed through your use of the Software, including in accounts belonging to your clients; (d) your or your clients' violation of any law, regulation, or third-party platform policy, including messaging and telemarketing laws; or (e) any dispute between you and your clients, customers, or message recipients.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
